I had booked a courier delivery from DTDC (Pollachi) on 24-12-2022, to be delivered to Kerala. It contained a pair of Candles. They assured me that it would be delivered within 2 days.
Till 28-01-2023, the parcel has not been delivered yet. Despite several calls made to the customer service of DTDC, and personal visit to courier office, no fruitful action has been taken from the DTDC side yet. The manager and their staffs doesn’t take any responsibility for this lost package however they gave false promises of full refund and disrespectful to me when I inquired about the refund they promised.
I have suffered a customer loss as the product were not delivered within the stipulated time.
