I am filing this complaint against an online shopping website named “Trendo Kart” for delivering a wrong product against my order.
I had ordered a product named “Retro Console X” from the website. However, instead of the ordered item, I received a package containing unrelated facial cream products.
This clearly indicates misleading practices and possible fraudulent intent. The product delivered does not match the description, quality, or category of the item ordered.
Despite my attempts to contact the seller, no proper resolution has been provided.
I request the following relief:
1. Full refund of the amount paid
2. Compensation for inconvenience and mental harassment
3. Strict action against the seller to prevent such fraudulent activities
