Subject:- Complaint against videocon d2h company for fudging me
Respected Sir/Mam
I recharge my pack after leaving a month every time .But when I recharge my pack after one month then we are able to watch channels only for one weak properly and after or within a weak we are unable to watch channels ,it displays “signal not available”. It is a story for every time when I recharge.
I put a complaint to videocon consumer care regarding the issue , but videocon is demanding a sum of Rs.200 and sending their engineer to solve the issue every time. It is purely illegal. They tell us that is weather issue , but there is no weather issue . My neighbour has also a connection of videocon d2h but he is able to watch all channels properly. The company is always trying to fudging me . Please help me to solve the issue.
