Dear Team,
I was so proud of saying i am a Airtel customer till my sim barred all incoming and outgoing all of a sudden that too outside the country in the covid-19 situation.
I am Smitha.B from bangalore with the contact number 9663696451. I have activated Roaming before leaving the country where i landed on 7th of March 2020 to Canada, The call barred in such a way that i couldnt even call Airtel customer care nor through the great Airtel app as most of the replies are automated.
I had taken roaming of 3999 for 30 days which says all the benefits, and they have disconnected the services because i have gone above minutes for outgoing calls, but i got to know this only when i asked my friends and family memebers to get in touch with airtel team coz i am helpless to do it from Canada and i have a remaining 3.6 GB data left unused.
There should be a basic courtesy to give a call before barring it. Worst case, i have paid the bill once my bill generated which is not actually though i am 100% agreed with the bill .
As per the representative information to one of my friend, the network should get activated post payment within 4 hours, and its been more then 2-3 days wherein the said job is not done.
If we take post paid connection of Airtel means, are we taking trouble with us???? and sad part is most of the people whom i spoke to says, its a big mistake u took Airtel postpaid and went and you guys very much successful in proving it again!!
I need the issue to be addressed quickly and the resolution should be taken in the very short time else let me know whom should i contact or which forum should i tell my concern.
