I had procured tata sky setup on February 2021 with setup box dish and all accessories. But at a time of installation tatasky service person notice that a common dish is available at terrace so he had given connection from that common dish and give me assurance to provide dish with all accessories on free of cost as and when required.
Now from last Sunday I gave a call to customer care to provide me seperate dish due to continuous signal problem in commen dish. Tatasky customer representative agreed to provide seperate dish with charge of INR 100.
But I noticed that more then INR 1100 was deducted from my account after seperate dish fitting. I have raised companies so many times but till time not getting firm solution about refund.
