Text of Complaint by Neha:

I purchased two converse polo tshirt from flipkartand made the payment through debit card on 6 Feb 2018

Due to some reason I cancelled two product on the same date, but I did not get my refund within 3 working days of the bank.

I called the customer care of flipkart and they told me to contact with the bank. After that I went to the bank and they said, we haven’t get any such amount from flipkart and also said if flipkart has given your refund, it should be credited into your bank account.

Again I called to the flipkart customer care and they said please call the customer care no of the bank. I called the bank customer care and they said the same as the branch(bank).

After that again I called to flipkart, they said fill up “charge back form” to the bank but bank said the same thing that they haven’t received the money

Now flipkart is not doing anything. Sometimes they hang up the call during calling. They talk very rude whenever I called them and tell my problem.
