On 23rd June 2025, the delivery boy Mr Samadhan Shivaji Pawar visited my location for a delivering the order no LJJIPSNN24995. During the visit, he claimed that his bike had a flat tyre and requested ₹2000 in cash, promising to return the amount the next day. He was not moving from my door and keep on requesting. Even after denying Him, he was not ready to leave.
Trusting his word and desperate plea, I gave him the money.
I told him that I will complain to customer care then he gave me 500rs on 25th June.
However, despite repeated follow-ups, he has not returned the amount (1500 rs) as promised and is now avoiding my calls and messages completely.
This kind of fraudulent behavior is extremely disappointing and raises serious concerns about the integrity of the staff.
I have raised(Tkt No: TK84C1233E396) concern regarding rider behavior on 1st July 2025 on Zepto customer care.
Initially they accepted the concern and promised me that rider will return the amount on 8th july 2025 after continues follow-up.
After few day zepto customer care denied that rider has taken any money.
I had provided all the details like rider ID, Photo and transaction details still they are denying.
So I will suggest don’t buy from Zepto. You could be the next victim by their delivery partner.
