I placed an order on the 22nd of January 2019 for a dress worth Rs 485, which I paid online and was informed via text that my airway bill number would be given to me shortly which I never received. However upon calling the only number mentioned in the website I was told that I would receive my order before the 2nd of Feb. I have been trying to reach them, but to no avail. I have emailed them too number of times, but there is no reply. Customer Care No. 9099805060 as given on website is always Not Reachable or Switched Off. Attached are Payment confirmation received from Western Club. Request you to please look into it & take necessary action
