This is Neha, my contact number is 9664292328.

After registering multiple complaints to Vodafone against network then also not a single action taken from Then. I am Paying Rs. 800 monthly rental for 4G services, its postpaid services then also i am not getting that services. The network shows 2G symbol and sometimes it not even work as 2G. Its corporate card. I am facing difficulties in my official work because of Vodafone . Because company pays me mobile bills. I do face lot of difficulties and most important is that i am paying Rs. 800 for those services which i am not even getting.

Every time when i call Vodafone customer executive  for complaining  the ask me some Access Point Network Services – VF then also the issue same as it is

Hope you take correct action on this .

Vodafone must reimburse those amount to me for which they have charged me since 1 year and not provided the services .

It is not taxable amount to me 12 x 800, i am paying this from my monthly salary and i can not make such charity to vodafone

  1. I have recharged my prepaid Vodafone no. 09749206695 on 23.09.2018 for an amount of Rs. 458 for unlimited calls for 84 days. The message received by me is as under
    ” Congrats! On Recharge of Rs458 you have received Unlimited L+N+R Calls (non commercial usage only)+1.4GB/Day+100SMS/Day for 84 days. Get [email protected], 28D”
    Nowhere it is mentioned that there is a limit of talk time. As we know unlimited means limitless yet the company by force implementing the bar of limit which is hidden.
    Secondly, the Vodafone company customer care with all higher concern don’t bother to either solve or reply the queries. I have already sent four mails all are non responsive. The local Asansol office also not interested to solve any problem.
    My problem is that my outgoing service has been suspended on the plea that I have used 1000 mnts. allowable time within four days which is absurd. In fact I have used less than 200 mnts. that I checked from the call list. But nobody to listen. I shall request all to rely on Vodafone.
