I am Linil Paul from wayanad.
This is to state infront you my compalaint that ” I have ported my Jio number 9562117722 to Vodafone service and i got connected to vodafone network on 5th August 2018 so on that same day i have done their Rupees.569package plan for 90 days with 3GB data and unlimited calls per day but after 4 days my weekly 1000 minutes has over so that i have done another recharge on 9th August for Rupees. 98 offer plan which has 90000seconds but that offer didnt worked so i have contacted vodafone customer care and they got answered that while using my 569 plan am not eligible to use 98 rupees plan so i asked them to refund my cash and they agreed but after that my 569 plan also not working and now that 98 also till they didnt refunded more than 5 times they have asked that time they were asked me to waite for 4 hrs and 1 hrs now its too late that even after 3 days they didnt take any action for this . They were not refunded nor my plan restored. Kindly please consider my complaint and please take an action against this at the earliest .
