Text of Complaint by Krishna suresh:

I am writing to lodge a formal complaint against VleBazaar regarding their failure to deliver a product for which I placed an order, their subsequent inadequate refund procedure, and the significant loss of time and effort incurred as a result of their negligence.

I placed an order for a laptop stand through VleBazaar’s online platform. Despite the promised delivery timeframe, the product failed to arrive even after more than two months. During this period, I made numerous inquiries to their information center, only to be assured repeatedly that the order would be dispatched soon. However, no action was taken to fulfill the order within a reasonable timeframe.

Frustrated by the lack of progress, I decided to request a refund for the undelivered product. To my dismay, instead of refunding the amount to my original mode of payment, which was my bank account, VleBazaar credited the refunded amount to their site wallet. This action severely limits my ability to utilize the refunded funds as I see fit and imposes unnecessary constraints on future purchases.

Furthermore, the time and effort I expended in attempting to resolve this issue with VleBazaar have resulted in significant inconvenience and frustration. Despite my repeated attempts to seek clarification and resolution, the company failed to provide satisfactory assistance or compensation for the inconvenience caused.

Therefore, I am seeking appropriate compensation for the time, effort, and inconvenience endured due to VleBazaar’s failure to fulfill their obligations as a seller. I request that the Consumer Court investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate action to ensure that I am duly compensated for the losses incurred.

Enclosed with this letter are copies of relevant documents, including order confirmations, communication transcripts, and proof of payment, to support my complaint.

I kindly request prompt action on this matter to rectify the injustices I have experienced. Your attention to this issue is greatly appreciated.
