Dear sir/madam
I was ordering a t-shirt from Flipkart. And today it was out for delivery. I called up the delivery boy and asked when my parcel would arrive. He said it will take 3-4pm to go. He said I will go to Durga temple and call you then I said I want delivery to my doorsteps. He says we can’t go beyond the location on our map. I cannot go further than the Durga temple shown on our map in your village. I repeatedly say that my parcel is wanted at my doorsteps but he repeatedly tells me to go to the location and I will call you to receive it or not. Then at 8:55pm he called me on his personal number saying I have come to Durga temple you take the parcel. I said come to my doorsteps then hung up. No longer comes to doorstep delivery.
I have to face such problem again and again, please take steps on this delivery boy. This delivery boy’s name is “Ashim Kahar” and his mobile number is 9333646526. It is my sincere request to you that he be punished severely.

Maine ek earbuds liya tha Flipkart se jo ki mujhe 15 February ko deliver hua tha aur uski sound quality sahi na hone ke karan Maine use return kar Diya jo ki 16 February ko pickup bhi ho gaya par mere paas koi message nhi aaya aur na he abi tk uska refund aaya hai dilivery boy se baat kiye to wo bola aap customer care se baat kijiye Maine yaha se sara process complete kr diya hai aur jb bhi customer care ke pass call Karo to bs wait karne ke liye bolte hai ya phir ye kahte hai tumhara product pickup nhi hua hai abi Tak

Delivery boy refused to deliver the product in the stipulated time. And hi is rude and misbehaves with household ladies, when male are absent. So I cancelled my order. Please look into the issue. Thank you sir
When my product was delivered we did open the product and saw that the product delivered was completely different then the one shown in the picture. The delivery guy than told my dad to return the product through his phone… and took the product with him telling us that the money will be refunded but he when the pickup guy came I told him about everything but he didn’t believe and cancelled the refund very disappointed I felt like my trust in Flipkart will never return…
