Dear Sir
I was filed TDR against this PNR no. 6124451145 on date 18/01/2018 . As per irctc rule refund amount will be refunded 15 to 90 days . Almost 3 month move on but refund amount not credited in my account . So i want to know why my refund amount not refunded yet. I was drop a mail on irctc but it not resolve my complain. Please reply as soon as possible and short out my query immediate basis.
