Text of Complaint by Purushottam Tayade:

I had purchase a football on TATA CLiQ online shopping website, the order id is 124447552 dated 10.01.2023. as per invoice, displayed product had description on the website as “COSCO Green Cuba Football” the colour of the product should be Green. The product was delivered to me on date 12.01.2023. Upon inspection it was found that the colour of the received football is “RED”. Hence return request was initiated by myself. When the person who had come for pickup, refused to take the product back. The reason given by him was the colour of the product doesn’t match with the invoice. Hence online complaint was filed online TATA CLiQ website & at the same I had communicated this to TATA CLiQ customer support on telephone/mobile. There was no assistance given by TATA CLiQ & also they sent an email stating that the is issue is resolved. Hence again 2nd time complaint was filed & again TATA CLiQ responded the same. For the 3rd time I again initiated return request for refund, this the person who had come for pickup took the product with package with him & I received a message on my what’s app from XPRESSBEES that “the item has mismatched”. To this date I have not received refund from TATA Cliq & they have not co-operated to resolve this issue & it is unethical to deliver a wrong product & refuse to return pickup & also deny refund.
