Text of Complaint by Shivam Yadav:

I am filing this complaint against Swiggy due to repeated service failure in two separate food orders, which caused me significant inconvenience and physical distress.

Order ID: 211151016684236 Date: 11 July 2025 Time: 3:34 AM Amount: ₹608 (refunded) Issue: Delivery agent allegedly consumed food, leading to cancellation and delay.

Order ID: 211668670670157 Date: 17 July 2025 Time: 3:29 AM Amount: ₹450 Issue: Delivery agent again failed to deliver, wasting over an hour and leaving me hungry.

These incidents caused me stomach pain due to late-night hunger and resulted in lost time and emotional stress. Despite one refund, the recurring nature of this issue demands legal accountability.

I request compensation for deficiency in service and the distress caused. I’m also seeking preventive action to ensure this does not happen again to other customers.
