As per the above head line, i have done recharge of Rs. 5000 to my mother pre paid account by mistakenly. Which i am asking them to re-fund or cancel the transaction to get my money back. I also spoken to customer care where they keep saying only sorry we can’t help in this, accept that i did get any solution. I also wrote a mail to 121@airtel.com that also did not help me. Please help me o get my money back from Airtel.
