Text of Complaint by ARANYA GHOSH:

My name is Aranya Ghosh. I have order Epson Ink Bottles- Set of 4
Order ID: 22469950075 (1 Item) DETAILS Placed on 06 Jul 2018, but I
have got a damaged item and also the ink bottle was not fully filled up with ink and ink spills out from the bottle.

So I had returned back the item and requested for refund. But I have chosen a wrong option from the returning options on the app so you are told me that quality check has been failed.

So snapdeal returning back the item to me. And when I told the total incident to the customer care they told me to refuse to take the returning item and returned back to the warehouse.

Then I did so. Then a few days later I have received a call from
snapdeal and the executive told me that they will initiate them to
refund the money.

But after a month I did not get to money back.

e-mail id – baban.aryan@gmail.com, mob. no.- 8013209899. please take some necessary steps to refund my money. Till nearly two and half month I do not get my refund.
