SHIV TRADING with GST# 07CQJPK5430K1ZM. This people are giving ad advisement in Facebook app stating clearance sale of 90% on Diesel watches. However, I placed a COD order and got a confirmation call from them and they sent me a product using shadowfax courier and I paid 1799/- to courier boy via phonepe. After receiving the courier, I opened and found low quality wrist watch which cost around Rs. 100/-. Detail of order is being given as under please:-

5. Name of delivering agency: SHADOWFAX

In this context, I kindly request to take a strict action against such kind of fraud agencies and get my amount refunded as soon as possible…
