I am writing to formally file a complaint against Royal Club International for engaging in deceptive practices, making false promises, and financial fraud. My unfortunate experience with this company has led me to seek justice and rightful resolution through your esteemed Consumer Court.

Chronology of Events:
On June 22nd, 2022, I entered into an agreement with Royal Club International, wherein they promised to provide me with hotel bookings and meticulously planned trips. In exchange for these services, I paid a sum of INR 30,000 as per their request. The agreement was made in good faith, with the expectation that Royal Club International would deliver on their promises.
However, to my dismay, I have not received any services from Royal Club International as agreed upon. Despite numerous attempts to communicate with their representatives, there has been a complete lack of response or meaningful action. The promised hotel bookings were not made, and no trips were planned, leaving me in a state of financial loss and emotional distress.
Additionally, I was coerced into signing an agreement without full disclosure of the terms and conditions. It has become evident that Royal Club International has engaged in fraudulent activities, taking advantage of unsuspecting consumers like myself.
I firmly believe that my rights as a consumer have been violated, and I seek the intervention of the Consumer Court to rectify this situation. I request the following actions to be taken:
Investigate the deceptive practices of Royal Club International and determine the extent of their false promises and financial fraud.
Order Royal Club International to provide a full refund of the INR 30,000 that was fraudulently obtained from me.
Impose appropriate penalties and consequences on Royal Club International for their unethical and fraudulent conduct.
I am prepared to provide all necessary documents, communication records, and evidence to support my complaint and the claims made herein. I am confident that the Consumer Court will ensure that justice is served and that companies like Royal Club International are held accountable for their actions.
I request a swift and thorough investigation into this matter, and I look forward to a favorable resolution that upholds consumer rights and principles of honesty and integrity.
