Dear Sir/Madam,
I am paytm customer.My paytm registered mobile No.8374027661.I ordered fastrack watch(Order Id: 12512455996)on 02/01/2021.I received on 07/01/2021 but the watch is not working i requested return on same day.The expected pickup was dated 13/01/2021 and return request was accepted successfully.Another return watch ordered place(Order Id:12470126277) autdomatically after return request and message shown us dispatched after return received from your end.The return was not picked till now.
I am suffering mental pressure due to delay of return and no information about that and i contacted customer care support numbers also but no use.
Please,take immediate action against this complaint, i suffered so much mentally about this situation.
