I am entitled for refund of flight ticket fare from Paytm against Booking ID 8512237326. Singapore Airlines already refunded my ticket fare to Paytm through which I had purchased flight ticket. Paytm is killing time since Nov 2020 and illegally holding my payment. I have repeatedly approached through email to Paytm CC. Every time telling that my case is being processed. But till date my refund has not been credited to my source account/ bank. When Singapore Airlines has paid to Paytm within 1 month why Paytm is not paying for last 3 months?

Paytm should immediately refund my flight ticket amount as promised.
