I had a horrible experience with stupid app today.
I came to Delhi for exam and travelled in train
First I made booking with OYO 90662 heaven seven | Booking id: ASWH9927 I called the hotel they said they will not give me check in, I had a whole conversation of 46 minutes with customer care and booking was cancelled and refund provided, then I made a booking with OYO 24436 Ramji 7 grand (Booking id: XBCA4428), I got of my train at 12:00 and reached hotel, (Taxi charge-500 INR) I had not even had breakfast, no family, no friends in this city, I went to hotel and they denied the check in SAYING PRICE IS LOW WE WILL NOT GIVE YOU ROOM and then I was just going on roads and calling stupid customer care again where they made me pay online for a third booking for hotel OYO TOWNHOUSE 868 GRAND PACIFIC OCEAN Booking id: I9QW5522, fraud people they are, they made me pay 881 and said this is entire amount, when I reached property (Taxi cost-300) the guy at reception said you have to wait as no rooms are available, I called customer care again and they said we will not refund money so I had no other choice but wait, after making me wait for 3 hours the guy at the reception said I will give you room only if you pay 313 extra, it was 6:00 pm at that time, it was getting dark, I said why should I pay extra he started shouting that if you want to stay then pay extra or get out, I was feeling like crying at that time because I was so tired, I paid extra money because oyo was not giving refund and noone was giving any response on customer care.
These guys have no idea the kind of assault and issue I had to go through because of their non sense service, I don’t think they realise, in this hotel staff is rude, wifi not working, bearing EXTRA COST FOR NO REASON.

500 taxi + 300 taxi + 881 online payment + 313 extra after reaching property, which was not told by the fraud company, that it will be charged.

Now I need a compensation for my loss, for my money, for my time and for my assault.

They are only make fool of the customer

And I am not afraid to complain because like your other customers I was not with some guy, I checked in aloan, so I am not afraid of anyone or anything. These guys think most of the time they get away because majorly people book Oyo for coming with their partner. I do not have that issue, cause I was here aloan. Check in was 3hours late and the staff was denying unless I pay extra amount. Enough is enough!!! I had to pay to check in because I had no other choice.
