I BOOKED A HOTEL IN HARIDWAR THROUGH OYO 4799 , BOOKING ID :- NADZ0751 ON DATE 14.08.2022 AND ONLINE PAY TO OYO OF RS.4697/-. AFTER THAT WE REACH AT HOTEL RECEPTION THEY SAID HOTEL IS FULL AND NO ROOM AVAILABLE IN HOTEL . I WAS SHOKED I HAVE 2 KIDS AGE OF KID 7 AND 3 YEAR AND TIME IS 12.00 PM . WHERE I GO . FINALLY HOTELIER SAID YOUR MONEY IS RUFUND THORUGH OYO WITHIN 6-7 WORKING DAYS . BUT STILL OYO NOT REFUND MY MONEY AND I CALLING TO OYO CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER THEY SAID WE CANNOT HELP FOR REFUND YOUR MONEY .SO, I REQUEST PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY WITH harassment .
