I have been order for Dry fruits through sight dryfruitsoft.myshopify.com and payment of 1441/- deducted to Avanti Creation till not received any items. Sbi account transaction No. 202206273373072788711GANVKCY19 on dt. 27th June,22. No long website discontinued. Please do the needful from your end.

I have been order for Dry fruits through dryfruitsoft.myshopify.com and payment of 548/- deducted to Avanti Creation till not received any items. Now this website showing unavailable. Could you please help me to get my money back.
I have paid an amount of Rs1196/- through HDFC credit card on 31st Jan 2023 and the amount was credited to the account of Mehul Dharmeshbhai Hadia. But so far no action has been taken by the fruit seller to send me the dry fruit ordered. The order was placed on dry fruit seller and the amount went to some other. These firms are still acti.ve on social media and duping the public. will the authorities take action against these fraud sellers and others. Transaction ID -3654391756086 and Pay UID 16700907849
