Text of Complaint by Mayank:

I am writing to file a complaint against OLA for their unjustifiable demand for payment, which I have already paid to the driver, and their relentless harassment towards me. The payment in question has been marked as pending for an entire year, despite my proof of transaction. It is absurd to claim that I took a ride and the driver left without receiving the cash. Furthermore, OLA’s employees continuously contact me, threatening legal action and sending summons.

I kindly request the Consumer Court to investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate action against OLA for their unethical conduct, causing me undue mental stress and harassment. I seek a resolution to this issue and relief from OLA’s constant harassment.
