Hello this is udaykumar , i have made booking the hotel through goibibo application which is stated that couple friendly, and I booked accordingly and after booking i didn’t get check in for couple…checkin has given only for me not for my belonging person…and i informed to the goibibo customer care but they didn’t responded anything regarding….i called morethan 5times every executive is saying that “please give me 15 minutes i will give you solution or they said concerned issue will be transferred to senior dept to solve the problem but till now i didn’t get any response from them and we have out station ID proof ….please make justice about this thing and refund the amount into 10times of that which i have paid…thank you
