Respected Sir/Madam,
I am writing to you today to file a complaint against MTFE online trading. I have been a victim of their fraudulent activities and I would like to bring this to your attention.
I was introduced to MTFE online trading by a friend of mine. She told me that it was a legitimate investment platform and that I could make a lot of money by investing with them. I was skeptical at first, but he assured me that he had made a lot of money through MTFE.
I decided to invest Rs.50,000 with MTFE. They told me that my investment would be doubled within a few months, i paid the amount to Janeesh K(as per the advice of Mr Nishat (9895331300) – his wife is my school friend that’s how i got introduced to this platform.
However, after a month, I did not see any returns on my investment. When I contacted MTFE, they told me that my investment was lost due to market fluctuations.
Now the App itself is not visible in the APP Store(Iphone)- MTFE
I am convinced that MTFE is a fraudulent company. They have lured me into investing with them by making false promises of high returns. I am now demanding that you take action against MTFE and bring the culprits to justice.

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to express my deep concern and frustration regarding the recent incident involving your trading platform, MTFE Online Trading Company. I have been a victim of a scam that has resulted in the loss of a substantial amount of money – 15 lakhs – due to the deceptive practices employed by the platform.
I opened an account with MTFE Online Trading Company in good faith, believing that I would be engaging in legitimate and secure trading activities. However, my experience has been far from satisfactory. I would like to bring to your attention the following details of the fraudulent activities that have transpired:
Unauthorized Transactions: Unapproved transactions were executed from my account without my consent or knowledge. These transactions have resulted in a substantial financial loss on my part.
Misleading Information: Your platform provided misleading information about potential profits and downplayed the associated risks. This misinformation lured me into making investment decisions that I now regret.
Lack of Transparency: Throughout this ordeal, there has been a complete lack of transparency on company’s part. Critical information was withheld.
Unresponsive Customer Support: Despite numerous attempts to contact your customer support team for assistance, I have received minimal assistance or resolution. This lack of communication has only compounded my distress.
I have attached relevant documentation, including transaction records, correspondence, and screenshots, to support my claims. I kindly request a thorough investigation into this matter and a prompt resolution of the issues outlined above.
It is my hope that this matter to treat with due attention it deserves. I believe in the importance of ethical business practices and accountability. I trust that you will take the necessary steps and prevent other unsuspecting individuals from falling victim to similar scams.
