Text of Complaint by Rajiv Singh:

Dear Sir,

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding a highly unsatisfactory experience, I had with your bus service on 11-12/08/2023. I am deeply disappointed by the level of service I received, which involved misbehavior, Left in no man’s land, stolen money of Rs.10,000/- from the staff member, and further additional monetary loss on my part.

Details of the Incident:
On 11/08/2023, I booked a ticket through your App, I got the booking of Orange Tours & Travels Grand and the pick-up point of Miyapur as mentioned above. In spite of the pick-up point mentioned, I was told by the operator to come to another point on the ring road, and I paid additional expenses to travel to the ring road. Unfortunately, my experience was married by following more issues:

Misbehavior by Staff Member: Bus came late by 45 minutes on the ring road, While on board, I encountered a staff member who exhibited rude and unprofessional behavior. when we reached Lonavala for a 20-minute break, I went to get refreshed and relax within the time frame, The coordinator didn’t even bother to call me and left me behind, When I called him he already left for Mumbai, Further I requested him to give me an alternate option to pick me up and reach the desired destination. He started misbehaving and showed unprofessional behavior, I immediately complained to customer service Ms. Bhavna, She insisted on helping but no action was taken by her to give me satisfactory service, Finally, I was told to travel to Ms. Orange Tours & Travels Grand – Sion office from my own expense and collect the luggage.

Monetary Loss: Furthermore, I experience a monetary loss from the pick-up point reaching, Secondary left in between of Journey, Unnecessary traveling to Orange Office – Sion to collect my luggage, Money Stolen from my Bag of Rs.10,000/-
Again Returning back to badlapur home residence paying a huge amount, a Total Amount loss of Rs-12,000/-, I immediately complained to the officer and coordinator, in spite of listening to the complaint they started blaming me and abusing me. I was threatened by the officer and the coordinator, They rudely said to take whatever action I can take and that it is completely my fault, and that they are not responsible for anything that happened to me.

Consequences of the Incident :
The incident has left me deeply dissatisfied and frustrated with the level of service provided by Orange service, Not only have I been subjected to disrespectful behavior, but I also suffered a financial loss and setback due to the aforementioned issues, As a paying customer, I believe to be treated with respect and provided with a safe and reliable journey.

Expectations :
I expect your company to take this matter seriously and address the issues I have raised, To rectify the situation and regain my trust as a customer, I request the following actions:

A thorough investigation into the incident involving the misbehaving staff member and money loss, along with appropriate disciplinary action if warranted.
An immediate refund or compensation for the monetary loss, I suffered as a result of the incident.
Steps were taken to ensure that incidents of misbehavior and service-related issues are prevented in the future.

I look forward to your prompt attention to this matter and a resolution that demonstrates your commitment to providing quality service to your customers.
If my concerns are not addressed, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter further by considering legal options and sharing my experience on social media and relevant consumer review platforms.
Thank you for your immediate attention to this serious matter, I hope we can work together to resolve the issue and prevent such incidents from occurring in the future.
