I am writing to lodge a complaint against Meesho and its logistics partner Valmo regarding the unreasonable delay in delivery of my orders, lack of customer support, and absence of transparency regarding shipment status.

Current Status: Shipment reached Bangalore nearest hub on 15 June 2026 and has remained pending without being out for delivery.

Current Status: Shipment reached Bangalore on 16 June 2026 and remains pending delivery.
Both shipments have already reached Bangalore; however, there has been no progress towards delivery. Instead of delivering the products as promised, the delivery dates have been revised to 20 June 2026 without providing any valid explanation. It appears that deliveries are being delayed due to operational or manpower issues at the local hub what i feel as a customer.
I contacted Meesho customer support multiple times seeking clarification regarding the delay. However, the support team was unable to provide below details:
1. The contact details of the local Valmo delivery hub.
2. The contact details of the delivery branch handling my shipment.
3. Any meaningful update regarding the reason for the delay.
Further, Valmo does not provide easily accessible customer care numbers, local branch details, warehouse locations, or escalation contacts on its website. This leaves customers with no practical way to contact the delivery partner regarding delayed shipments.
I have also sent emails to the concerned support teams but have not received any response.
My grievance is not only about the delayed delivery but also about the lack of transparency, absence of customer support, and failure to provide customers with accurate information regarding the location and status of their shipments.
I request the concerned authorities to direct Meesho and Valmo to:
Deliver both orders immediately.
Provide clear shipment tracking and local hub information to customers.
Establish accessible customer support and escalation channels.
Explain the reason for the repeated delay despite the shipments already reaching Bangalore several days ago.
Take corrective measures to prevent similar inconvenience to consumers in the future.
Further, without any prior intimation, Meesho has unilaterally revised the delivery date from 17 June 2026 to 20 June 2026. The shipment had already reached the Bangalore nearest hub on 15 June 2026, yet it has not been delivered. If three days are not sufficient to deliver a shipment that has already reached the destination city, it is difficult to understand why an additional two days total of five days are now being sought for delivery.
As a customer, I am concerned that if the order is not delivered by 20 June 2026, the delivery date may again be revised to a later date, such as 23 June 2026 or beyond, without any commitment or accountability. This creates uncertainty and inconvenience for customers who place orders based on the delivery timelines displayed at the time of purchase.
By repeatedly extending delivery dates after the order has already reached the destination hub, Meesho is disregarding the value of customers’ time and the delivery commitments made during the purchase process.
I am attaching relevant screenshots, tracking details, and email communications in support of my complaint. But here it is not accepting Word Doc and Pdf to share the multiple screenshots.
