Text of Complaint by Mohammad yasir:

Respected Sir/Madam,
I am writing to formally report a fraudulent activity and an attempted financial scam that I encountered on the online marketplace platform, OLX.
Incident Details:
I recently came across an advertisement on OLX for a Honda Activa scooter listed at an unusually low price. Upon contacting the seller to inquire about the vehicle, the individual claimed to be an officer with the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF), currently posted at the Andheri Airport (CSMIA), Mumbai.
Modus Operandi:
The seller informed me that he was being transferred and needed to sell the vehicle urgently. To gain my trust, he shared several “official” documents, including an ID card and vehicle papers. However, he insisted that I must pay an “Advance Token Amount” immediately. He claimed this was a mandatory rule of the “Cargo Canteen” or military transport service to initiate the delivery of the vehicle.
Discovery of Fraud:
Becoming suspicious of the demand for advance payment, I performed a reverse image search and found the exact same scooter images on a LinkedIn profile belonging to a different individual. It became clear that the seller was using stolen photos and forged government identification to facilitate a scam.
Request for Action:
I have not transferred any funds, but I am reporting this to ensure that:
This fraudulent account is investigated to prevent other innocent citizens from losing their hard-earned money.
Necessary action is taken against the individual for impersonating a CISF Officer and forging government documents.
I have retained copies of the chat transcripts, the fraudulent ID shared by the scammer, and the original source of the images for your investigation.
