I ordered a mattress from Flo Mattress and they said the product will be delivered in 3-4 weeks. When the product was not delivered in the 4th week I asked them to cancel my order and refund my money. Now the order is cancelled and the money is yet to be refunded in the 8th week. There is no response over calls from their customer care
