Hi,

I ordered a Fossil watch and paid the amount via Phonepay.
But when the product came for delivery on 21st JUNE, it came as COD product.
When checked with flipkart, they told, they had a technical issue, so they will reattempt.
But as the product was ordered as a birthday gift, we paid the amount and collected it and then asked flipkart to refund the amount as soon as possible, for which flipkart agreed.

1>I received a mail , asking for bank details on 21st, which I provided on the same day(mail1.png)
When I called and checked with them , they told it will be resolved by 24th.

2>But on 25th i get a mail saying, its postponed to 25th.
still I dont get any refund on 25th after waiting for a day and I wrote a mail enquiring the same (mail2.pdf)

3>I get response saying ,wait for 48 hours on 25th.(mail3.pdf)

4> According to the mail, i had to wait again ,for 2 more days to get refund on 27th.
In between, when i called to check for the status they said , it would be escalated and meanwhile i receive a mail again saying , it is postponed again to 28th.
I was literally fed up by waiting and seeing these mails. (mail4.pdf)

5> On 28th , i get mail again asking for bank details, which was provided on 21st june itself.
and they also mention ,the amount will be refunded in 5 business days. After waiting for 7 days ,again they ask to wait for 5 more days.

If they were not aware of bank details , then how can they commit to resolve the issue by 28th is my question.
Either it was an excuse since they could not refund amount on 28th or there were sending false mails saying we will resolve it without knowing if they had bank details or not.

I wrote a mail and also called to customer care and spoke about the issue,as i was frustrated.(mail5.pdf)

6>On 29th, i get mail again asking for bank details.
I have been telling in my mails, bank details are provided . This was the 3rd time where they were asking for bank details again ,
instead of checking mails. Their reply made me feel as though it was auto generated mail without reading consumer concerns.

I again called customer care and told , details are already provided and you have been giving excuses. and sent as mail as well(mail6.pdf)

7>after this much of trouble, on 1st July ,i get mail saying ,the seller will be initiating the refund to bank account within 24 hours and the amount will be credited in 5 more business days.
By now I had a worst experience ,I had to remind about the issue being not resolved every time by contacting the customer care or by writing mails but still they kept giving reasons and postponing

As per 1st july mail, 24 hours for initiating and 5 days for refund , that’s by 6th i had to get the refund.

8> When i called up and checked for status, they assured me saying it will be resolved for sure on july 8th.(mail8.pdf)

9>On july 6th i get mail saying , in 5 business days i will get refund which was not acceptable at all after this much wait and after giving a 100% confirmation saying , it will be resolved by july 8th 6.30pm.

10>I replied over the mail on july 6th, provided screenshots were they agreed for a final resolution date as 8th july.
Also mentioned for the second time , that i will raise a complaint.
Also i called them and spoke about it and told i will be raising complaint if not resolved.
Even after that they send same mail, saying refund initiated on july 1st within 24hours and will be refunded in 5 business days.

11>On 8th when i don’t get refund , i wrote last mail mentiontioning , i will raise complaint for their worst service.
I thought to myself to wait for a day on 9th and then raise complaint.

Every time ,they sent false mail saying tried to contact. for the 1st time , i get call from them on 9th july.
I told them its been 19days and issue is not resolved.
She asked me to wait till 10th july , and started giving excuses.
Finally she also blamed about the seller saying , they have to follow procedure.
For which i replied , if you would have provided details on 21st june, by now i would have got refund and not to blame unnecessarily.

After that call, a mail was sent again from them saying refund initiated on july 1st within 24hours and will be refunded in 5 business days.
This mail is not even valid now , as from july 1st to july 6 , the time period is already over and now it was july 9th ,still i did not even receive the amount ,but just getting mails.

12> today its 10th july , 20 days over , still i have not got refund.

Kindly take serious actions against this bad service and help me get the refund.
