Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to file a complaint against Flipkart for their poor and unacceptable service. I had placed an order for ComfyBean XXXL Designer Bean Bag Filled with Beans – E=mc square Teardrop Bean Bag With Bean Filling (Brown, Beige) on 28th Feb 2023.

The delivery of the product was scheduled for 11th March 2023. However, the product was delayed for no apparent reason and rescheduled on 18th March 2023. One or two days of delay is understandable, but one week of delay is not acceptable. Therefore, I requested a refund, which was approved by the customer support team. I got confirmation call from ComfyBean(seller) on 20th March 2023 that they have received the product and my refund will be granted by Flipkart.

Despite several follow-ups, I have not received the refund as of 27th March 2023. When I contacted the customer support team again, I was informed that the refund had been canceled without any prior notice.

This behavior by Flipkart is unacceptable and has caused me a lot of inconvenience and mental agony. I have lost faith in the company’s ability to provide good service to their customers.

I have tried to resolve this issue through their customer support team, but their response has been unsatisfactory. Therefore, I am now seeking the assistance of the consumer court to resolve this matter.

I request the consumer court to take appropriate action against Flipkart for their unethical and unprofessional behavior towards their customers. I also request the court to direct Flipkart to refund the amount due to me along with appropriate compensation for the mental agony and inconvenience caused.
