Dear Team,
I am writing to you after getting harassed by Flipkart customer care since 15th Feb’2022.
2 of my orders (details attached) were not delivered to me though I received the delivery text from Flipkart.
Immediately I contacted Flipkart customer care and the delivery agent.
Delivery agent told me that he does not have any package on my address and I need to resolve this with Flipkart.
When I discussed with Flipkart, they seems not to trust me, took 1 wk for resolution and were not ready to discuss with
the delivery agent stating that ‘we are not authorized’
Then continuously I received several calls from Flipkart for the next few days, every time I had to explain them the issue
And my concern. But they did not listen to me and closed the complaint after 1 week ( 21-Feb-22) saying that the products
Has been delivered to me…means I am lying and they don’t trust me.
What should a customer will lie and get harassed and spent so much time on conversation just for INR 292 ???
My concern was not the money, but the issue that though I received the delivery message, the product was not delivered and Flipkart is silent
On the issue without trusting the customer.
I reopened the issue twice. This wk I did not speak to the customer care as I am too much occupied with my work and
I am repeating same conversation since last 2 weeks.
If I do not get the resolution in next 3 days, I am going to raise consumer complaint against for harassment and mistrust !
