I had ordered a pair of Adidas shoes from flat shop on 27Dec2022 and it was delivered on 01Jan2023 . the product was different from what I ordered .it was a different and local shoes. I tried to exchange it from the website but there is no response from flat shop.I tried to contact them on there customer care number but the call is usually switch off or not pick by them. they don’t respond on WhatsApp and e-mail. Still I am trying to contact them.
