My name Alisha i claim my warranty for my headphone because it had base issue sound not clear. They pick my head phone or return me over 10 days later the product i have received now is in worst condition then before it was broken and the broken part hanging with the product they said product was physically damage so it cannot be replaced, my headphone was in working condition both air was working it was just a base sound issue and now it was broken very disappointing look over it take my head phone in previous condition or change it i talk with executive on call about my issue the hang up i call again they give number 18602331234 they not receive
Kindly look into the matter or resolve as soon as possible. I cannot take that broken product it not even work in one side which was broke please sort this out.
