I placed an online order on the seller’s website on 08 April 2026 after seeing discounted products listed for sale. Soon after placing the order, I received a confirmation message stating that my order had been successfully confirmed.
However, despite the passage of considerable time, the order has still not been delivered (21 April, 2026), and no shipping/tracking update has been provided. This has caused inconvenience, uncertainty, and mental harassment.
Further, I made several attempts to contact the seller through the customer care number provided on the website, but the number is not reachable. I also sent emails and tried contacting them through chat support, but there has been no response.
This conduct appears highly irresponsible and amounts to deficiency in service, unfair trade practice, and possible misleading representation to consumers by accepting orders and payments without proper fulfillment or customer support.
I respectfully request the Hon’ble Consumer Forum/Portal to direct the seller to:
Immediately refund the full amount paid for the order.
Provide compensation for mental harassment and inconvenience caused.
Take appropriate action against such negligent and unfair business practices to protect other consumers.
