Dear Sir,
I had sent a courier from Rajakkad Idukki Dist. To Coimbatore, on the 25th of March 2026. AWB #2827783826911. The package was booked on Express delivery, which was vonfirmed will reach by 28th March latest. Till now the package has not been delivered. Valuable spices from Idukki for an exhibition that was over on 29th March 2026. The staff where the package was booked say they do not have any contact no. To trace the package when the tracking details show that the package has travelled to Delhi, Bilaspur and don’t know jow many places, now lying in Coimbatore HUB.
This negligence has caused me loss of money, time of my hard work, the humiliation and missing a great business opportunity. I travelled 10+ Kms to send it through DELHIVERY thinking they are most reliable Courier Service available in our town, a hill station. I am just starting a home based business in spices and pickles. So stressed and still have no clue why my courier has not been delivered. Very disappointed!
This Multi-crore business DELHIVERY, sad to say has no system where any customer can really complain. Multiple tickets have been raised yet no response to complains and no other way to get to reach the managers or staff in the delivering offices. No response to calls given online or just an automated message, after which the call drops.
I hold DELHIVERY responsible for this extreme stress and loss I am facing for the past 2 weeks since 25th March 2026.
Kindly look into this matter asap, and make good for all the loss incurred.
Waiting for a solution n correction of system and action against this irresponsibility of Delhivery.
