I Nikhil Zagade, hereby submit this complaint under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 against De Feliz Vacation Pvt. Ltd. on account of deficiency in service, unfair trade practices, and failure to refund a paid amount of ₹40,000 for a vacation membership plan.
That on [14-02-2025], I entered into an agreement with the Opposite Party at their Goa office for a 5-year holiday membership plan by paying ₹40,000.
The plan included promises of:
24 free vacation days
Smooth hotel bookings and support
High-quality customer service
Despite making the payment and multiple follow-ups, I have not received any of the promised services.
Furthermore, I faced:
Lack of response from their executives (Mr. Uttam and Mr. Alap)
No clear communication or support
Complete negligence and evasion after I requested a cancellation and refund
I sent multiple written emails from [mention date range], and also contacted their representative Ms. Kavita, who only acknowledged receipt but no refund or formal cancellation was processed.
Based on online reviews and further research, I found that several consumers have faced similar issues, which raises serious concerns about fraud and misrepresentation.
The Opposite Party has clearly indulged in unfair trade practices, misrepresentation, and deficiency in service, violating Sections 2(11) and 2(47) of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
