I, Devender Rathore, representing Panchwatisagar Pvt Ltd, hereby submit this complaint against Blitzscale Tech Pvt Ltd (operating as Shopdeck) for serious negligence, false commitments, poor service, misleading business practices, financial loss, and mental harassment.
On 5 March, I had a conversation with their sales representative, Mr. Anand Kumar (Contact: 7091646615 / 9663475996). During our discussion, he assured me that Shopdeck would take complete responsibility for everything, from website setup to sales generation, and that I only needed to pay a security deposit of ₹5,000. Trusting these commitments, I made the payment immediately.
I was also promised an additional ₹10,000 recharge/coupon benefit, but despite repeated follow-ups and multiple reminders, this promised benefit has never been provided.
For the past several weeks, I have continuously raised complaints because my advertisements are not running, directly affecting my business operations and causing financial losses. Instead of resolving my issues, Shopdeck has repeatedly changed my Growth Consultant (GC) and KAM Manager. Every new assigned person either ignores my messages, avoids my calls, or fails to call back.
Shockingly, Shopdeck does not provide any direct customer support number, making it extremely difficult to receive actual support. Even the sales representative, Mr. Anand Kumar, who made all the initial promises and collected the payment, is now avoiding responsibility and not providing proper support.
Additionally, approximately ₹2,700 of my advertising budget is currently stuck in Facebook recharge-related issues, and despite multiple complaints, the company has failed to resolve this matter.
I am mentally exhausted from continuously following up. Every time I raise a complaint, they either generate a new ticket ID or place previous complaints on hold, without providing any actual resolution or service.
This conduct appears highly misleading, unethical, and potentially fraudulent. Due to their negligence and failure to deliver promised services, I have suffered:
Financial loss
Loss of valuable business time
Business disruption
Severe mental stress and harassment
Therefore, I formally demand:
Immediate full refund of my deposited amount
Release/refund of my stuck advertising balance
Compensation for business losses, wasted time, and mental harassment
Strict action against the company to prevent similar misconduct with other businesses
If immediate action is not taken, I will be compelled to pursue this matter through Consumer Court, Legal Authorities, and all other available legal channels.
