Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to file a formal complaint against AJIO, an online retail platform, for their failure to process a refund for an order that was returned. The details of my complaint are as follows:

Order Details:
Order Number: FN7364409036
Date of Return: August 20, 2023
Return and Refund Process:
I returned a pair of shoes from my order on August 20, 2023. After multiple follow-ups with AJIO, I received a refund for one of the shoes last week. However, as of today’s date, I am still waiting for the refund for the second shoe. The complaint ID associated with this issue is COM00064946136.

Communication and Issues:

AJIO’s customer support team has repeatedly asked me to provide a return acknowledgement proof, even though I had already received an SMS from AJIO confirming the successful pickup and that the product reached their warehouse.
AJIO claimed there was a mismatch with one of the shoes
Empty Package:
Today, I received another delivery from AJIO, and to my disappointment, the package was completely empty. I had ordered a pair of shoes, and receiving an empty package not once but twice is both inconvenient and frustrating as a customer. This incident reflects poorly on AJIO’s commitment to customer satisfaction.

Contact with AJIO:
I have raised multiple complaints regarding this issue with AJIO through email at customercare@ajio.com and grievance.officer@ajio.com. However, I have not received a satisfactory resolution, and they have only asked for more time.

I kindly request the Consumer Forum’s intervention in this matter. I believe it is only fair that I receive an immediate refund for the second pair of shoes that I ordered but did not receive due to these unfortunate incidents.

I am attaching copies of the relevant order confirmation, return confirmation, and communication with AJIO for your reference.

I kindly request that you investigate this matter and take appropriate action to ensure I receive the refund I am entitled to. I look forward to your prompt response and resolution of this issue.
