Sir/Ma’am,
My name is Sunidhi Singh Chauhan, my father have a airtel number for 10 years, but now our sim stopped working and it’s showing no signal. I approached to my near by airtel retailer and told them about the issue. My father died 6 years ago, when the sim stopped working I reached airtel retailer and they told me that they will re-issue me my new aim with same number on my mother’s name . I gave them an affidavit from court as the y asked. But it has been 2 months , they did nothing for my problem. Even they misplaced my documents, behave very badly and even shout at us only. And said we don’t have your papers and e can’t do anything in this matter.
