Text of Complaint by Anas Khan:

I am havimg an issue with internet speed my network strenght is always full i have already make many complaint to vodafone aboit this but they never heard on me. What kind of 4g is this i am getrimg only 40-50 kb per sec at some points of day it reach 100-120kb per sec.

They are solving our issue. And they are charging us for 4g . Its more better to use 2g instead of this. Sir pleaseeeee do a complain aginst this .. they are making us fool….. And Yesterday i have called vodafone care i told them my issue but that girl doesnt solved my problem when i asked her about transferring my call to their executive she said call cant be tranferred to senior executive. And she also said me that you can go anywhere complain for us .

But we will not transfer this call to senior executive. After that she give the call other girl who said that please be on line i am transferring call i said then ok then cut the phone .

What i have got there is just nothing. Are we some kind of fool using vodafone. Their behaviour is totally rubbish. Please lodge a complain against her.
