I am from Patiala.My postpaid number is 9653925357 .The matter is that my bill was rs.2400 and i paid the full payment. I requested to the store employe to convert my number from postpaid to prepaid but, my number is not convert in to prepaid till. I paid my bill 7th april. Please help me to covert my number from postpaid to prepaid.
