Actually i had done a upi transaction of rs.491 from paytm app but that amount is debited from my bank account but not credited to my paytm wallet.
Paytm given me the resolution of 5-14 working days that refund will be credited to my bank account but nothing has happened till now its been about 24 days

I had made payment thru ptm upi tractation to my friend amount was debtied from my account 09/02/19 at. 11.30 AM near by but still 12/02/19 14.00 but not credited in my friend account and no one customer care is picking my phone amount was Rs.11667/-
I have made the payment of Rs.7677 on 26/09/2020 through paytm upi.Money was deducted from my account but was not received to receiver and no refund is done yet.Now one month is completed and no refund is done and paytm is not responding to any of my query.
