Vodafone customer care executive talked very badly to me and said that she doesn’t want to talk to me and transferred the call to some one else who didn’t even took the call.
I wasted almost 21 minutes in connecting and talking to that executive. She was very rude in talking and the tone in which she talked was too much irritating.
I think the attitude of the executive was very bad and she doesn’t fit for the job. Customers shall be treated more politely. I dont know what she is thinking about her job. Please give some soft skill training to your customer care executives.
