I have purchased mivi duopods k7 and literally I had not properly used for even 100 hours and they dead my one bud is neither charging nor opening. I visited mivi official website for the warranty claim and they said that our courier partner will come to you to get back those earbuds and we will provide you warranty of they product but it’s almost 10 days no call no mail they had done.
