I had ordered two Kurtis from kukum kurtis( Vani kurtis) from an online platform and paid the amount via my credit card about 3 weeks back.
I have not received my order or any updates and repeated emails also show no response. The email kumkumkurtis@gmail.com is the only contact they have given.
Kindly register my complaint and take action against them.
