Sir I want to file a complaint against indpay application they describe that from their application user can recharge ,pay bills like electricity, water,gas cylinder and for this they have a wallet in which we have to add money for doing recharge or paying other types of bills.and after adding money the application will not work and showing operator problem since 9 month.and I think that they are doing scam with user and also the contact number they provided is invalid or fake .they show that they have watsapp contact but they have not any contact after adding the money in this application this application will not work.so I want that please take action to this type of application and save us from getting scam.
