I Booked a international flight through paytm flight booking section as i have an important meeting on 2/09/23 in dubai .. Flight time was around 4.30 from chandigarh airport and meeting in dubai is scheduled at 10pm of dubai but till now as on 02/09/23 i have not received my ticket even my after successfull payment deduction . Moreover , i have contacted on 24/7 paytm section i started a chat and they raised a ticket but till now no solution . I have tried calling every single number they all say that we are sending a link where you can chat with our executive and after opening the link i come back on same page where they are not replying .. time is 8.30 now and i have packed all my stuff neither they have confirmed and sent ticket nor they said no and made refund .. I need my ticket asap if not i need triple charges of my deductions . I am being fully harassed and from now on i would say everyone to jot book tickets from paytm because they have zero customer service .. Pathetic experience and fraudsters taking money for their personal use and loosing clients their precious time and money which they would b earning from their meetings
